TZARINA G. SALDAÑA or TGS to her numerous mentees is a sought after trainer and speaker, for sales, leadership, change management and teambuilding sessions.
She is also the all-around Marketing expert for traditional
Marketing, out-of-home advertising, events and yes, she has also conquered the world of digital marketing.
She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Bachelor of Science in Architecture; a graduate of the Strategic Business Economics Program of the University of Asia and the Pacific; certified facilitator of Who Moved My Cheese? of Dr. Spencer Johnson; and a certified trainer, speaker, and coach of John Maxwell.

TGS has 30 years of corporate experience in Training, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing of various industries - insurance, real estate, advertising, IT solutions and property development.

She is also President for the Metro South Alabang Toastmasters Club.
​
But her favorite role is as resident Cheerleader of Team Saldaña, her family—Rick, Ada and Mari, and shih tzu, Luna.

She finished her undergraduate degree in Business Economics at the University of the Philippines
in Diliman, her law degree at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law, got her masters degree in Psychological Services at the Assumption College and at present is taking up her doctorate in business administration at St. Paul University Manila.

She had worked both in government and private sectors, and had been invited on several occasions to be a resource speaker/trainor in various fields of law as well as in banking, and personal enrichment programs in both corporate events and in the academe all over the country.
Her experience and knowledge in law, psychology, business and economics not to mention when you come and join her in upcoming seminars and trainings with TGS, Inc.her being a professor, mother and wife allowed her to gain insights in overcoming everyday challenges which we all have faced in varying degrees and intensities.
